Our story began in East Texas with a simple goal: create attractants that truly work for hunters. What started as a small batch shared among friends has grown into a nationally trusted name, now available in over 300 retail locations across the United States.
Our focus is delivering consistent results for hunters across the country while staying true to our roots and values. Everything we do reflects our commitment to quality, reliability, and community.

Lick Em Stick Em was born out of pure passion and necessity. Growing up in East Texas, I fell in love with the outdoors through fishing trips, squirrel hunts with a BB gun, and long days in the woods. After trying countless attractants from big name retailers that simply didn’t work on our land, I decided to make my own. When I shared the results in a hunting group with 50,000 members, the flood of messages made it clear, I had something special. That’s when Lick Em Stick Em officially took off.
This business is rooted in family and built on tradition. My uncles taught me everything I know about hunting and fishing - from tracking deer to respecting the stillness of the woods - and their lessons live on in every bag we ship. My dad, Dwane Grant, leads as President, and alongside my mother Anita and our amazing children - Canica, Breland, Bentley, Jaxyn, Italy, and Laykin - we’ve grown this company from a back-porch idea to a nationally distributed brand. Our team - Fayth on digital, Goodwill Industristies of East Texas for manufacturing, and our hardworking shop crew - keeps everything running day in and day out.
My wife, Brandi, has had a huge impact on this journey. Building a business from the ground up is no easy road, but having her in my corner now brings a new kind of strength and balance I didn’t know I was missing. Her voice of reason, her heart of gold, her faith in God and her unwavering support have grounded me in ways that matter most, especially when the pressure is high. She encourages me to slow down, breathe, and stay focused on the bigger picture. After all of the hard work in building this dream, I’m proud to now share it with someone who truly understands and believes in it. This next chapter is better with her by my side.
Our first break came thanks to Seth at Atwoods, and since then, Lick Em Stick Em has expanded into some of the biggest retail and distribution networks in the country. Every step of this journey has been guided by our faith in Jesus Christ, the ultimate reason for our success. From humble beginnings to national shelves, we are proud to deliver top-tier attractants for everyday hunters and their families.
